    (Hadaf) Reviews additional support for private institutions employing women and people with disabilities

    The Director of the Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) office in the Jubail branch, Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Bu Ali, reviewed the latest updates on the employment support program, the entitlement mechanism and its requirements, the benefits it provides when employing women, people with disabilities, and small and medium enterprises, as well as employment in other than major cities or according to what the fund launches From campaigns targeting economic sectors or job titles.
    Al-Buali indicated during the monthly meeting at the Asharqia Chamber Branch in Jubail Governorate Tuesday (10 / November / 2020) that the Employment Support Program is one of the programs that the Fund adopts to support researchers and job seekers in the private sector, where the Fund bears a percentage of the employee’s wages that the establishment is entitled to since the date of an employee joining To whom the conditions of the program apply, including that the applicant is a Saudi citizen whose age ranges from 18 to 60 years, and is not a student, government employee or owner of an establishment, and that he is registered in the social insurance system of the specified facility on July 1, 2019, or later, It also requires the registration of the job seeker in the National Labor Portal (Taqat) as an individual, as well as another account for the employing establishment.
    He pointed out that the fixed support percentage is: 30% includes the employee's wage for two years (24 months), the minimum wage is 3200 while the maximum limit is 15,000 riyals, and this support includes all private sector establishments that are subject to support unless they are stopped by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. Or the Human Resources Development Fund, which includes all full-time jobs,
    He said that this support is added to 10% over 30% in certain cases: female employment, or people with disabilities, or employment in small villages and cities, or in small and medium enterprises, and affected activities, as the facility, may receive several forms of support at the same time. One: 30% is fixed, 10% for someone who employs a female (for example), and another 10% if this female is in a small area, or she has a disability, and the sum of 3000 is the maximum support.
    He indicated that the support is not provided to those who have supported in some training programs, but it is possible to obtain support for those who have benefited from the Fund’s other programs, such as: “Tamheer, Motivation, Quora, Wassoul, dialysis days, professional certificates.”
